Human Resources Manager: Directly responsible for the organizations's human resource management and implementation of polices and procedures. Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources, 5 or more years experience in human resource management, SHRM certification optional.  Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience. Full-time, 52 week position.

Integrated Program Manager: Responsible for coordinating the multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing appropriate programming for children and their families at all integrated classroom locations (currently 5 classrooms in Erie and Niagara counties).   Position requires a Masters of Science Degree in Special Education or related field (speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work or psychology).  Candidate must have certification in Special Education or related field AND either be pursuing or hold SAS or SBL certification in New York State.  Experience must include at least 3 years of special education with preschoolers with a disability, 3 years of related administrative/supervisory experience, and knowledge of county and state special education preschool regulations. Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience. Full-time, 10 months plus 6 week summer program position.

Community Based Program Manager: Responsible for overseeing the multidisciplinary team in the provision and completion of all evaluations and community based services, including: initial eligibility evaluations for children birth to 5, all supplemental evaluations, and community based Early Intervention (EI) services, Related Services Only (RSO) and Special Education Itinerant Services (SEIS), as mandated by a child's Individualized Family Service Plan or Individualized Education Plan. Position requires a Masters of Science Degree in Special Education or related field (speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work or psychology). Candidate must have certification in Special Education or related field AND either be pursuing or hold SAS or SBL certification in New York State.  Experience must include at least 5 years of special education with preschoolers with a disability, and knowledge of county and state early intervention and preschool regulations related to evaluations, RSO, and SEIS.  Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience. Full-time, 10 months plus 6 week summer program position.
