Some of the services that are provided by Bornhava are paid for through the federal Medicaid program. Due to the receipt of federal funds Bornhava is required to follow a “Corporate Compliance Plan” that has been approved by the agency’s Board of Directors. This plan describes how we meet Medicaid requirements. Anyone who is affiliated with Bornhava should report any concerns that they may have regarding compliance. Reporting can be accomplished by submitting the concern in writing, which can be anonymous, using a locked box that is located near the staff mailboxes at the Chateau Terrace location, or by contacting the Compliance Officer at 839-1655, ext. 320, or at his home at 689-3870.
